Getting Started
Is Tekimei Math free?
Yes — Easy and Medium difficulty levels are completely free with no time limit and no account required. You can unlock Hard and Lightning Round levels with a one-time purchase of Arithmetic Pro, or subscribe to Tekimei All Access for all current and future subjects.
What age is Tekimei Math designed for?
The app is designed for kids from around age 5 through middle school. The curriculum spans from Early Counting (G1) all the way to Advanced Algebra (G9), so there's an appropriate level for a wide range of learners.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is needed. All progress is stored locally on your device. Just download the app and start practicing.
Progress & Curriculum
What is the Tekimei Curriculum?
The Tekimei Curriculum is a structured 9-group math progression built into the app. It starts with Early Counting and builds systematically through Early Addition, Fractions, Algebra Foundations, and up to Advanced Algebra. Each group contains multiple sections your child can work through at their own pace.
How does mastery tracking work?
As your child completes quiz sessions, the app tracks which curriculum sections they've practiced and how well they've done. Sections are marked as Not Started, In Progress, or Mastered — giving you a clear picture of their progress over time.
What happens if I delete and reinstall the app?
All progress is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, that progress will be lost. We recommend backing up your device via iCloud or iTunes before deleting the app.
Purchases & Billing
How do I restore a purchase?
If you've previously purchased Arithmetic Pro and need to restore it on a new device, open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel, go to Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → find Tekimei Math → tap Cancel Subscription.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page at reportaproblem.apple.com.
